01 · The brief
An artist needed a studio with north light and a separate space for visiting family.
02 · Our response
Board marked concrete gives the studio weight and calm. A tall north window lights the work, and the annexe sits half a level down.
03 · The outcome
The studio is in use every day, and the annexe has hosted family for months at a time.
